The CapitalClinic refered me to Zaman 8 and I'll admit, initially, while listening to the 1st song, I thought to myself "are they a bit too world music-y?" See, unbeknownst to The CapitalClinic, I was once a sales rep for a wholesale import distribution company that in the late 90's and early 2000's was the primary importer of the endless sea of World Music and Chill Out/Lounge comps that saturated the End Caps of Borders and Barnes & Nobel along with the stereos and...
Very nice and very pure music from what I've heard so far. I agree with fuzzygroove that your music reminds me of some of the original jungle stuff before it became all about 170BPM head rippers. (I'm buying the first two EPs from iTunes but I really want the best sound I could get.) So...

This music is deep. The world beats provide a wonderful drone to the remarkable sax and guitar work. Add in some funky bass and the perfect compliments of some auxiliary percussion and you've got what I'm hearing right now. The production is very cool with little breaks happening...
